Memorial meeting: Sunil Paul (sculptor) Samar Bhowmik ( Painter)
Eminent sculptor Sunil Paul Passed away on last 2nd august 2012, at the age of 92 years and Samar Bhowmik an eminent painter passed on last 12 August 2012 at the age of 77. Academy of fine Arts, today held a memorial meeting offering tributes to the two personalities at the conference hall. Renowned art critic Mrinal Ghosh has shed light on Sunil Pal's Life and Works, and another renowned art critic Prashanto Daw spoke on the life and works of Samar Bhowmik.
